Physical Appearance: See Picture.
Personality: An incredibly sick individual, Char is inflicted with necrophilia. This is onset by his incredibly severe sadism towards the undead. While occasionally having the urge to commit in sexual activity with the infected, it is often overcome by his constant need to make them suffer in any way that he can. This makes him incredibly risky to be around, considering his unstable messianic mentality.
History: Char, [short for Charles] was a young man without a future. Born a year before the turn of the century, his parents were avid supporters of the War in Iraq. Being an American by birth, growing up he had much exposure to an abundant amount of violence in both television and film. It was also because of his avid imagination which surrounded these violence fantasies, that he was unable to hold down a decent job after graduation from his D.C. High School. His automatic alternative; join the military. His father being a veteran himself, he received quick support to serve his country. As fate would have it however, it would only be a few months after his enlistment that the tragedy that would rock the world hit. While initially sending the young man into tragedy, at the loss of his family, comrades and love interests, he would soon discover that many of the fantasies which held him back in the past would soon become reality. With the opportunity to justify any action he took against the infected, Char took full responsibility of his need to not only protect his country... but his species.

Abilities
Strike: A strike that involves use of the hands or feet to cause physical damage. Endurance is split evenly between accuracy and damage. This move is not affected by Augmentations.
Infantry vE: An ability that involves the use of household weaponry. This allows Char to instantly envision any household item as a means of defending himself. Whether it be a lounge chair or a frying pan, this ability allows Char to simply be creative in his weaponry. Allows Char the use of handheld items at this level.
Commando vE: An ability that allows Char expertise in common military weapons and items. Grants Char Military Knife at this level.
Cavalry vE: An ability that allows Char the ability to hot-wire automobiles. Can hot-wire a Sudan at this level.
